BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DOMESTIC TOURS PROVIDED BY LAMBLE TOURS
Inclusions: Touring and air, ship, rail or coach travel are per Itinerary. Meals, sightseeing and other activities are per Itinerary. Accommodation is included to advertised standards. Note that Itineraries may be varied due to circumstances beyond the control of Lamble Tours. Items of a personal nature are not included in Tour Price.
· Meals. Meals included in tour price are coded and listed with each day of the itinerary.
B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner.
· Tour Escort. If it is listed that the tour has a Lamble Tours Escort, it will be personally escorted based on a minimum number of passengers travelling.
· If the group numbers fall below the specified number Lamble Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.
Tour Price: Price is per person, twin share (unless otherwise specified) and is subject to variation. Prices include GST where applicable. Tour prices and inclusions are based on the carriage of a minimum of twenty (20) people (unless otherwise specified) travelling together. Where a minimum of twenty (20) people final numbers fall below the minimum requirement, it may be necessary to adjust prices and inclusions accordingly.
Tour prices are subject to change due to factors out of the control of Lamble Tours such as airfare increases, government surcharges, new or increased government taxes, or other unforeseen factors which may affect the tour price. The tour price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings: Bookings are taken by Lamble Tours, either by sale representative companies or persons, phone, mail, web or email. Lamble Tours Booking Form must be completed and sent with the deposit. The completion of the booking form together with the passenger’s signature and deposit creates an agreement between Lamble Tours and the passenger. It verifies that terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted.
· Deposit. A non – refundable deposit is required on booking. Deposit will only be refunded if seat re-sold. Amount of deposit will be $200.00 unless otherwise specified. All bookings are tentative until confirmed by receipt of deposit.
· Final Payment. Final payment for domestic travel is due 60 days (unless otherwise specified) prior to departure date.
· Payment Methods. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order, credit card (refer to credit card application for charges) or direct debit. EFTPOS is now available.
Cheques are payable to Lamble Tours. Send to PO Box 230 Emerald. Vic 3782 Direct Debit to ANZ Bank Account Name: Hema P/L T/AS Lamble Tours BSB Number: 013623 Account Number: 1092 879 22 Ref No: Tour Code (EH….. ) plus last name. For example: EH3421Bell. Cash payments can only by made directly to Lamble Tours sales representative companies or persons.
Cancellation Fees: When a cancellation is made prior to the final payment, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made after final payment there will be fees charged by suppliers/ providers that may amount to all or part of the cost paid. Lamble Tours will pay all fees owing and charge an administration fee. Any remaining monies will be refunded. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of tour commencing total cost of tour is non – refundable. We recommend and can offer Travel Insurance.
Changes to Tour : Lamble Tours will endeavour to operate the tour as outlined, however itinerary changes either before or whilst on tour may occur outside the control of Lamble Tours. These changes may involve additional expenses. Lamble Tours and its suppliers reserve the right to change any of the accommodation, coaches, carriers, itinerary or other arrangements without notice for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, traffic or weather conditions, strikes, festivals, and operational requirements. Changes are made only if it is believed that an alteration is in the best interests of passenger safety, wellbeing or enjoyment.
Health and Fitness: It is important that all travellers are reasonably healthy and / or fit to participate in tours. There is generally a reasonable level of walking involved in most tours and some tours include stair climbing. Travellers must advise Lamble Tours of pre – existing medical conditions that may affect their ability whilst on tour. Persons with a disability requiring special assistance must be accompanied by a carer (at own expense). Lamble Tours or their representatives cannot provide this service. Lamble Tours reserves the right to accept / decline and / or terminate a traveller’s participation in a tour, if it is believed that it is in the best interest of that traveller or other travellers on tour. If terminated whilst on tour, no refund will be given and the traveller is responsible for their return transportation costs.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance with an independent Travel Insurer can be organised by Lamble Tours for all ages or residents of Australia or travellers including Australia in their itinerary. Insurance is not included in tour price. It is strongly recommended that insurance be taken out to fully protect against any unforeseen events that might occur including, but not limited to cancellation fees, airfare and / or land content costs or curtailment expenses arising as the result of illness, strikes, loss of luggage etc. Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the traveller and is subject to conditions, including pre-existing illnesses and mature age passenger surcharges. Lamble Tours will offer to organise Travel Insurance for each traveller and each traveller is required to sign a declaration form stating that the offer has been made and either accepted or declined.
Tour Departures: For a group departure to operate a minimum number of passengers is required. In the event that adequate numbers are not achieved, Lamble Tours reserves the right to either amend or cancel a scheduled departure. If cancelled, Lamble Tours reserves the right to offer an alternative tour. Any difference in tour price is at the passenger’s own expense. If the alternative tour does not suit the traveller, Lamble Tours will refund the monies paid. If a tour is to be cancelled, the decision is usually made 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
Baggage: Air and coach travel are restricted to 20kg (44lbs) of luggage per person unless specified. For ease and comfort on tour, Lamble Tours recommends one suitcase per person. Payment of excess luggage costs imposed by airlines is the responsibility of the traveller. Where porterage is included on tour, it only covers one item per person. Lamble Tours will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings. This should be covered by Travel Insurance.
Matters of Dispute: In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction with accommodation or any other service provided by Lamble Tours or its suppliers, it is requested that a report be made immediately to the Tour Escort / Director so that action can be taken to remedy the problem. Any complaint made after the completion of the tour should be made in writing within 21 days.

Limitations of liability: Lamble Tours makes all arrangements for tours using the services of other providers (individuals and companies)
Third party tour components include where applicable land, sea or air transport, accommodation, meals, attractions, etc. All such providers are referred to as suppliers. Suppliers are not under the direct control of Lamble Tours. Whilst Lamble Tours takes all reasonable care in selecting its suppliers, it cannot accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, sickness or irregularity which may be occasioned by any supplier or their employees such as the failure of a hotel to provide any of the service normally available or any defect in any vehicle or other conveyance. Lamble Tours accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses resulting from any delays or changes in air, motor, and other services, sickness, weather, strikes, lockouts, war, natural disasters or any other causes. Lamble Tours cannot guarantee the exact arrival and departure times for any of the services including in the tour arrangements and therefore are not liable for any failure to meet connections with any other service. Whilst Lamble Tours will take all reasonable care to ensure travellers enjoy the tour, it accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by travellers due to circumstances beyond its direct control.
Baggage and personal belongings are at owners risk unless insured. Lamble Tours accepts no liability for any losses incurred by any travellers in respect of any unused portion of the tour or for additional expenses incurred for repatriation. The airlines concerned are held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are aboard their aircraft and / or conveyances. The passenger’s airline ticket/s when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of the ticket and / or passenger using the ticket
FORCE MAJEURE (unavoidable accident)
If by any means any event of force majeure (such as Flood, Hurricane, Terrorism, pandemic or any cause or event outside our control) we shall be delayed in or prevented from performing our obligations, then such delay or non-performance shall not be deemed or entitle a damages claim. Our obligation shall be suspended whilst such an event of force majeure continues
Lamble Tours may take photos for use for promotional and advertising purposes. Please sign the booking form to enable us to use these images. Also feel free to send through your photos taken while on a day or extended tour for advertising purposes.
